Cancellation fee

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will incur a minimum fee of $60.00 OR 50% of the booked services. WHICHEVER IS GREATER. A No call/No show fee is the full price of the booked service. Fees must be paid in full prior to booking another appointment.

How to prep for your visit

Every styling service includes shampooing and conditioning. Please arrive with your hair free of excessive oil/grease, tangles, braids, twists or dirt/debris from recently removed braids,wig installs or sew ins. Clients that arrive with hair in this condition will require additional attention and will be upcharged, your booked service may be modified or your appointment may have to be rescheduled.( a cancelation fee will be incurred) An in salon prep service is an additional service and should be requested at the time of booking so that the appropriate amount of time may be allocated for your visit.

Appointment Deposit ( New Clients)

New clients are required to put down a deposit to book an appointment. Your deposit is 50% of the styling service OR a minimum of $50. Your deposit will be credited towards your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or a no call no show. Clients may reschedule with 24 hour notice up to 2 times.

Blow dry and curl

This service includes a thorough shampoo, a hydrating conditioner a gentle detangle, a heat protected blowdry followed by a temperature controlled smoothed/curled flat iron service. (Prices vary according to length and density)

Press and Curl

This service includes a thorough shampoo, a hydrating conditioner, a gentle detangle and heat protected blowdry followed by a press and styled either straight or curled with a temperature controlled flat iron. Prices vary according to length and density.

Mold and curl  

2 hrs - $80.00

This service includes a thorough shampoo and conditioner with a gentle detangle and smoothed into a mold with a heat protectant styling foam. Once dried the hair will be smooth OR curled into the desired look.

Up do  

2 hrs - Price from $80.00 to $105.00

This service includes a thorough shampoo, conditioner, detangle and heat protected blowout followed by a Smoothing and setting into the desired look!(Prices vary according to length and density)

Rod Set  

2 hrs - Price from $80.00 to $125.00

This service includes a thorough shampoo and conditioner with a gentle detangle followed by a heat protected rod set. Once dried the hair will be lubricated and separated to complete the look! (Prices vary according to length and density)

Natural Curl Set

After a thorough shampoo, condition and detangle the natural curl pattern will be set with a styling foam and or gel and set to dry then gently fluffed and finished into the desired look!(Prices vary according to length and density)

Chemical service preparation  

1 hr - $0.00

Product, hair and scalp build up/ heavy oils/ hard gels or mousse impedes the processing of color and relaxers. During chemical processing the hair must be easy to separate so it has to be free from heavy product, hair and scalp build up, tangles and coils prior to a color service. 1 to 2 days prior to your color appointment, shampoo with a clarifying shampoo and use a detangling conditioner. Remove all tangles from the hair, rinse thoroughly, then twist, braid or band your hair in 6 to 8 sections while wet to stretch OR blow out your hair with a dryer with a comb attachment. If you need to apply a styling product or oil, do so sparingly. Do not use gel or anything that will make your hair hard or excessively oily. Arrive at the salon with clean stretched hair. Relaxer prep must be performed 2-3 days prior to your appointment. Remember to handle your scalp gently. If you'd prefer not to do the prep work at home feel free to book an in salon pre color shampoo (Same day relaxer prep is not advisable/available).This is an additional service that must be requested at the time of booking.
